tata ādāya sā rājñā
kṣiptā rājan sarovare
tad āvṛtyātmanā so ’yaṁ
mahā-mīno ’nvavardhata

TRANSLATION — TRADUCCION

O Mahārāja Parīkṣit, the King took the fish from the well and threw Him in a lake, but the fish then assumed a gigantic form exceeding the extent of the water.

¡Oh, Mahārāja Parīkṣit!, el rey sacó al pez de aquel lugar y Lo llevó a un lago, pero entonces el pez adoptó una forma gigantesca, mayor que el propio lago.
