iti vijñāpito devair
bhagavān ātmabhūr nṛpa
parito bhṛgu-dakṣādyair
yayau daityeśvarāśramam

TRANSLATION — TRADUCCION

O King, being thus informed by the demigods, the most powerful Lord Brahmā, accompanied by Bhṛgu, Dakṣa and other great sages, immediately started for the place where Hiraṇyakaśipu was performing his penances and austerities.

¡Oh, rey!, después de ser informado por los semidioses, el muy poderoso Señor Brahmā, acompañado por Bhṛgu, Dakṣa y otros grandes sabios, partió inmediatamente hacia el lugar en que Hiraṇyakaśipu estaba realizando sus penitencias y austeridades.

PURPORT — SIGNIFICADO

	Lord Brahmā was waiting for the austerities performed by Hiraṇyakaśipu to mature so that he could go there and offer benedictions according to Hiraṇyakaśipu’s desire. Now, taking the opportunity of being accompanied by all the demigods and great saintly persons, Brahmā went there to award him the benediction he desired.			El Señor Brahmā estaba esperando a que las austeridades de Hiraṇyakaśipu acabasen de madurar, para entonces presentarse ante él y ofrecerle las bendiciones que deseaba. Ahora, aprovechando la oportunidad que suponía estar acompañado por todos los semidioses y grandes personas santas, partió para otorgar a Hiraṇyakaśipu esas bendiciones.
