मैत्रेय उवाच
इत्यर्चितः स भगवानतिदिश्यात्मनः पदम् ।
बालस्य पश्यतो धाम स्वमगाद्गरुडध्वजः ॥२६॥

maitreya uvāca
ity arcitaḥ sa bhagavān
atidiśyātmanaḥ padam
bālasya paśyato dhāma
svam agād garuḍa-dhvajaḥ

TRANSLATION — TRADUCCION

The great sage Maitreya said: After being worshiped and honored by the boy [Dhruva Mahārāja], and after offering him His abode, Lord Viṣṇu, on the back of Garuḍa, returned to His abode as Dhruva Mahārāja looked on.El gran sabio Maitreya dijo: Después de ser adorado y honrado por el niño Dhruva Mahārāja, y después de ofrecerle Su morada, el Señor Viṣṇu, a lomos de Garuḍa, regresó a Su residencia ante la mirada de Dhruva Mahārāja, que Le vió alejarse.

PURPORT — SIGNIFICADO

From this verse it appears that Lord Viṣṇu awarded Dhruva Mahārāja the same abode in which He resides. His abode is described in the Bhagavad-gītā (15.6): yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama.Según este verso, el Señor Viṣṇu había concedido a Dhruva Mahārāja la misma morada en que Él reside. Su morada se describe en el Bhagavad-gītā (15.6): yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama.
