 | The beauty of the forest was intensified by the presence of various lakes. It is described herein that the lakes were decorated with lotus flowers and with swans who played and sang with the birds and the humming bees. Considering all these attributes, one can imagine how beautiful this spot was and how much the demigods passing through enjoyed the atmosphere. There are many paths and beautiful spots created by man on this planet earth, but none of them can surpass those of Kailāsa, as they are described in these verses. | | | La presencia de los lagos intensificaba la belleza del bosque. Aquí se describe que los lagos estaban adornados con flores de loto y con cisnes que jugaban, uniendo sus gritos al canto de las aves y al zumbar de las abejas. Considerando todos estos rasgos, uno puede imaginarse la hermosura del lugar y lo mucho que disfrutaron de su atmósfera los semidioses al pasar por allí. En el planeta Tierra el hombre ha creado muchos paseos y lugares hermosos, pero no hay ninguno que pueda superar los que se encuentran en Kailāsa, tal como se describen en estos versos. | |
