धर्म आचरितः पुंसां वाङ्मनःकायबुद्धिभिः ।
लोकान्विशोकान्वितरत्यथानन्त्यमसङ्गिनाम् ॥१५॥
dharma ācaritaḥ puṁsāṁ
vāṅ-manaḥ-kāya-buddhibhiḥ
lokān viśokān vitaraty
athānantyam asaṅginām

 | Those who live according to religious principles and who follow them by words, mind, body and intelligence are elevated to the heavenly kingdom, which is devoid of all miseries. Being thus rid of the material influence, they achieve unlimited happiness in life. | | | Aquellos que viven conforme a los principios religiosos y los siguen con las palabras, la mente, el cuerpo y la inteligencia, se elevan al reino celestial, en el que no existe sufrimiento alguno. Así se liberan de la influencia material, y obtienen en esta vida una felicidad sin límite. | |
PURPORT — SIGNIFICADO
| | The saintly sages herein instruct that the king or head of government should set an example by living a religious life. As stated in Bhagavad-gītā, religion means worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead. One should not simply make a show of religious life, but should perform devotional service perfectly with words, mind, body and good intelligence. By doing so, not only will the king or government head rid himself of the contamination of the material modes of nature, but the general public will also, and they will all become gradually elevated to the kingdom of God and go back home, back to Godhead. The instructions given herein serve as a summary of how the head of government should execute his ruling power and thus attain happiness not only in this life but also in the life after death. | | | Con estas palabras, los sabios santos enseñan que el rey o jefe de gobierno debe ser un ejemplo de vida religiosa. Como se explica en el Bhagavad-gītā, religión significa adorar a la Suprema Personalidad de Dios. No basta con un simulacro de vida religiosa, sino que hay que poner en práctica un servicio devocional perfecto, con las palabras, la mente, el cuerpo y el buen uso de la inteligencia. Con esta forma de actuar, los reyes y jefes de gobierno se liberarán de la contaminación de las modalidades de la naturaleza material, y lo mismo ocurrirá con la población en general; poco a poco, todos se elevarán hasta el reino de Dios y regresarán al hogar, de vuelta a Dios. Estas enseñanzas resumen la manera en que un jefe de gobierno debe ejercer su poder como dirigente para con ello alcanzar la felicidad, no solo en esta vida, sino también en la vida después de la muerte. | | |
