शारीरा मानसा दिव्या वैयासे ये च मानुषाः
भौतिकाश्च कथं क्लेशा बाधन्ते हरिसंश्रयम्
śārīrā mānasā divyā
vaiyāse ye ca mānuṣāḥ
bhautikāś ca kathaṁ kleśā
bādhante hari-saṁśrayam

 | Therefore, O Vidura, how can persons completely under the shelter of Lord Kṛṣṇa in devotional service be put into miseries pertaining to the body, the mind, nature, and other men and living creatures? | | | Así pues, ¡oh, Vidura!, ¿cómo van a afectar las miserias relativas al cuerpo, la mente, la naturaleza y otros hombres y criaturas vivas a las personas que se refugian completamente en el servicio devocional del Señor Kṛṣṇa? | |
PURPORT — SIGNIFICADO
| | Every living entity within this material world is always afflicted by some kind of miseries, pertaining either to the body, the mind or natural disturbances. Distresses due to cold in winter and severe heat in summer always inflict miseries on the living entities in this material world, but one who has completely taken shelter of the lotus feet of the Lord in Kṛṣṇa consciousness is in the transcendental stage; he is not disturbed by any miseries, either due to the body, the mind or natural disturbances of summer and winter. He is transcendental to all these miseries. | | | Dentro del mundo material, todas las entidades vivientes padecen siempre algún tipo de miseria, ya sea que provenga del cuerpo, de la mente o de perturbaciones naturales. En el mundo material, las miserias del frío del invierno y de los rigurosos calores del verano siempre hacen sufrir a las entidades vivientes, pero aquel que, siendo consciente de Kṛṣṇa, se ha refugiado por completo en los pies de loto del Señor, está en la etapa trascendental; ninguna miseria le perturba, provenga ésta del cuerpo, de la mente o de las perturbaciones naturales del verano y el invierno.
