 | Thereafter, O Mahārāja Parīkṣit, best of the Bhāratas, when the Supreme Personality of Godhead became the son of Nanda Mahārāja and Yaśodā, they maintained continuous, unswerving devotional love in parental affection. And in their association, all the other inhabitants of Vṛndāvana, the gopas and gopīs, developed the culture of kṛṣṇa-bhakti. | | | A continuación, ¡oh, Mahārāja Parīkṣit, el mejor de los Bhāratas!, cuando la Suprema Personalidad de Dios nació como hijo de Nanda Mahārāja y Yaśodā, ambos mantuvieron de forma continua e inquebrantable su amor devocional con sentimientos de cariño paternal. PURPORT — SIGNIFICADO
| | Although when the Supreme Personality of Godhead stole the butter, curd and milk of the neighboring gopas and gopīs, this teasing superficially seemed troublesome, in fact it was an exchange of affection in the ecstasy of devotional service. The more the gopas and gopīs exchanged feelings with the Lord, the more their devotional service increased. Sometimes we may superficially see that a devotee is in difficulty because of being engaged in devotional service, but the fact is different. When a devotee suffers for Kṛṣṇa, that suffering is transcendental enjoyment. Unless one becomes a devotee, this cannot be understood. When Kṛṣṇa exhibited His childhood pastimes, not only did Nanda Mahārāja and Yaśodā increase their devotional affection, but those in their association also increased in devotional service. In other words, persons who follow the activities of Vṛndāvana will also develop devotional service in the highest perfection. | | | Aunque pudiera parecer que los gopas y las gopīs de la vecindad consideraban fastidioso que la Suprema Personalidad de Dios les robase la mantequilla, el yogur y la leche, en realidad se trataba de un intercambio cariñoso en el plano del éxtasis del servicio devocional. Cuanto mayor era el intercambio de sentimientos entre los gopas y las gopīs y el Señor, más aumentaba su servicio devocional. A veces nos dejamos llevar por las apariencias y pensamos que un devoto se halla en dificultades debido a su dedicación al servicio devocional, pero la realidad es otra. El sufrimiento del devoto que sufre por Kṛṣṇa es disfrute trascendental. Esto no puede entenderlo nadie que no sea devoto. Los pasatiempos infantiles manifestados por Kṛṣṇa no solo hicieron aumentar el cariño devocional de Nanda Mahārāja y Yaśodā, sino que también aumentaron el servicio devocional de aquellos que se relacionaban con ellos.
