dṛṣṭvānudhāvataḥ sāmbo
dhārtarāṣṭrān mahā-rathaḥ
pragṛhya ruciraṁ cāpaṁ
tasthau siṁha ivaikalaḥ

TRANSLATION — TRADUCCION

Seeing Duryodhana and his companions rushing toward him, Sāmba, the great chariot-fighter, took up his splendid bow and stood alone like a lion.Al ver a Duryodhana y sus compañeros correr hacia él, Sāmba, el gran luchador en carro, tomó su espléndido arco y se quedó solo como un león.
