 | As stated in the Kaṭha Upaniṣad (1.2.23), yam evaiṣa vṛṇute tena labhyaḥ: “The Supersoul can be realized by that person whom He chooses.” Thus the gopīs fervently pray that Kṛṣṇa come back to them.
