kvacit pallava-talpeṣu
niyuddha-śrama-karśitaḥ
vṛkṣa-mūlāśrayaḥ śete
gopotsaṅgopabarhaṇaḥ

 | Sometimes Lord Kṛṣṇa grew tired from fighting and lay down at the base of a tree, resting upon a bed made of soft twigs and buds and using the lap of a cowherd friend as His pillow. | | | A veces el Señor Kṛṣṇa se cansaba de pelear y se recostaba en la base de un árbol, descansando sobre una cama hecha de ramitas y capullos suaves y utilizando el regazo de un amigo vaquerito como Su almohada. | |

| | The word pallava-talpeṣu implies that Lord Kṛṣṇa expanded Himself into many forms and lay down upon the many beds of twigs, leaves and flowers hastily constructed by His enthusiastic cowherd friends. | | | La palabra pallava-talpeṣu implica que el Señor Kṛṣṇa Se expandió en muchas formas y se acostó sobre los muchos lechos de ramitas, hojas y flores construidos apresuradamente por Sus entusiastas amigos vaqueros. | | |
