taṁ vatsa-rūpiṇaṁ vīkṣya
vatsa-yūtha-gataṁ hariḥ
darśayan baladevāya
śanair mugdha ivāsadat

 | When the Supreme Personality of Godhead saw that the demon had assumed the form of a calf and entered among the groups of other calves, He pointed out to Baladeva, “Here is another demon.” Then He very slowly approached the demon, as if He did not understand the demon’s intentions. | | | Cuando vio que el demonio había adoptado la forma de un ternero y que se había mezclado con los demás animales, la Suprema Personalidad de Dios indicó a Baladeva: «Ahí tenemos otro demonio». Entonces, muy despacio, fue acercándose al demonio como si no conociera sus intenciones. | |
PURPORT — SIGNIFICADO
| | The import of the words mugdha iva is that although Kṛṣṇa knows everything, here He pretended that He did not understand why the demon had entered among the calves, and He informed Baladeva by a sign. | | | El sentido de las palabras mugdha iva está en que Kṛṣṇa lo sabe todo, pero, a pesar de ello, fingió que no Se había dado cuenta de que el demonio se había metido entre los terneros, y Se lo indicó a Baladeva con una seña. | | |
