 | One who meditates on Him during the day become free from the sins of the previous night. One who meditates on Him at night become free from the sins of the previous day. This is the secret of the Vedas. This is the secret of the Upaniṣads. By meditating on Him one attains the fruits of all seasons, one attains peace, one attains a pure heart, one attains the result of all piligrimages. He who knows this becomes free from again entering a material body. Thus the Upaniṣad.
| | Quien medite en El durante el día se libera de los pecados de la noche previa. Quien medite en El durante la noche se libera de los pecados del día anterior. Este es el secreto de los Vedas. Este es el secreto de los Upaniṣads. Por meditar en El se alcanzan los frutos de todos los sacrificios, se alcanza la paz, se logra un corazón puro y se obtiene el resultado de todos los peregrinajes. Aquel que posee este conocimiento se libera de entrar nuevamente a un cuerpo material. Así termina el Kṛṣṇa Upaniṣad.
